Rob motioned to appoint 3 new board members, Bill 2nd motion

Yes vote for new board members

Swearing in of new board members

Tom Gardas, Tom Schanaman and Scott Rightsell

Approval of meeting minutes for December 2006

Report from Road Manager:

Road between lodge and lake are now open

Questions on how best to use conservation funding (community recreation)

Ask Tom Young to see if funding can be used to fix schoolhouse?

On going discussion: tagging vehicles illegally parked on roads: call sheriff to have them call tow company

Residence in attendance: open discussion:

improve metro roads, snowclearing, putting in culverts so that water goes into ditches not on the roads.
