Report from Road Manager:

Rod reports that we still have snow run-off and the roads are too wet to begin grading. To be addressed at next meeting.

A link has been set up to report pot holes to Tom S.

Further discussion about the man hole cover on overlook ct.

On going discussion: tagging vehicles illegally parked on roads: call sheriff to have them call tow company

NEW BUSINESS: Discussion about residents concerns of ATV’s on roads in District- Board decided to remain neutral – Enforcement to be done by CCC Sheriff

Introduction of information about Community Wildfire Protection Plan Committee

improve metro roads, snowclearing, putting in culverts so that water goes into ditches not on the roads.
