Meeting minutes for March 6, 2007

Members in attendance: Jan Wood, Deb Rightsell, Rob Brozovich, Kimberly Brozovich, and Erin Johnson

Meeting called to order at: 6:08 p.m.

1) Approval of meeting minutes for February 6, 2007.

2) 755 Alice Road: Correction residence did have county permit, inspections and a c/o.

3) Erin Johnson: April 9, 2007 board of directors only meeting with Fred Huff concerning elections, convents etc.

4) Erin Johnson: approval winterization kit for schoolhouse, $15.00 for windows.

5) Erin Johnson: approval for stain and canvas cover for the play set.

6) Approval: changing Gas Company this spring from Ferrell gas to Polar Gas Company.

7) Approval for 4 fishing badges to be issued to Angela Briddell, and paying her brother $200.00 for work on the newsletter.

8) Fishing badges available end of this week.

9) Jan Wood and Rob Brozovich to handle fishing badges.
