St. Mary’s POA meeting June 30, 2009

We have gotten some response from residents from Unit 4. John Pacetta has a list of people that were sent a letter from Fred Huff. Apparently the county has recently stopped red tagging property that doesn’t have proper water and sewer. We need to go through the covenants for Unit 4 and identify properties that are in non compliance.

Discussion on annual meeting:

CCWP people would like to speak on fire mitigation

Food POA will provide hamburgers/hot dogs/brats, beverages, chips

This is a pot luck everyone bring a side dish

Clear Creek Power will come up and help with the clean-up and speak about new developments about wind in our area

Statement from Eclipse Snowpark

Clean-up

County Road and Bridge will provide bags, signs, vest through Adopt a Highway, they will pick up bags from Fall River Road, we will need to take any other trash down to Transfer station for $1.75 per bag. We discussed getting Sanford and Sons to come haul off community trash for $600. Discussion about allowing community members to bring their own trash to be hauled off. Post on bulletin board what can or cannot be brought to the pile next to the Metro Building.

Discussion on Bulletin Board. Can we get the key back? How about new plexiglass??

Discussion on Possible slash day. Could we have a bonfire? Would there be interested residents that would stay with the fire all night long.
